Hi,
There was a complaint file against me in the police station. Section 420. This was a false complaint by a person know to me who stabbed me in my back after.
1) I had applied for an anticipatory bail which was guarnteed. 2) the complaint was not registered until than was registered after i filed for the anticipatory which my lawyers asked me to do for getting rid from police harassment 3)after that there is no news. There has been no call from the police station. 4) Its been 1yr now. I want to know is there any time limit to file the chargesheet in the court. As have not received any summons from the court.
5)I would also like to know whether it would create a problem for me to apply for passport or in my travel in foreign countries.

Check the status of FIR. It has to be disposed as per procedure once lodged.
You are on bail, Police would contact you during investigation.
