Joint name in share certificate

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a flat recently in joint name (with my wife) and registered the agreement accordingly but my society neither giving NOC in joint name and nor ready to mentioned joint name on share certificate for housing loan.

Please clarify is giving on share certificate will not create any problem in future while selling the flat.

Have you get the registered sale deed on joint names?, if so the society has to give a joint share certificate, you may issue a legal notice demanding the same if they refuse without any reason.
