Individual borewell

Sir I am from Chennai, i own an apartment flat we are facing water problem as our borewell is not working properly. The apartment is of 24 flats with 4 blocks each block have 6 apartment and one borewell for each block. There is no proper cooperation among neighbours is it possible i can take individual borewell i have UDS if not also have car parking can i dig up my own borewell in any of these UDS or car parking.

Pl. appreciate, after all, you have to get the permission from your Association.
It is not that only you are facing the water problem. What about the rest of the 5 flat owners? Are they getting adequate supply? How come only you have problem? Probably, the others are not able to afford repairing charges etc. Discuss with them. If that be so, please say that you will bear the cost and ask them to allow you to get a new borewell dug so that all of you can use.

just try to settle this issue amicably by discussing with your neighbors and association.
more over now a days there is so many formality to get additional bore well permission is harder one at chennai corporation..

If the matter is not settled amicably, get permission from society, from municipal corporation, any other permission required locally complete required formality applicable and proceed,
