I was married 7 years ago my husband is harassing me since that day I came back to my parents home and staying with them since 2 years I have sended the divorce notice to him but he is not responding. so now how can I proceed to this

As U have been separated for 2 yrs U can file for divorce in the family court and if he does not respond yet,an ex partee decree will be granted to U.What about children?

I don't have children so can I get the divorce from him .if he attend to the court and not interested in giving divorce then how can I proceed
