Procedure to buy the case pending land

Dear Experts,

Land vendor’s civil case is pending in the SC, but already shares are divided by lower court’s order.

1) Will sale document registration legal when case is pending SC same land?

2) If I buy the case pending land, will court interfere/arise issues in this stage?

3) Is there any other legal procedure to buy the case pending land?

Please advise to the above my queries.

Case of which nature is pending. Give complete description. Also whether any stay order is operative or not?

Sir,
Lower court and High court judgment came to favour of land vendor, Now only appeal is pending in supreme court and no stay order.

Looking for your kind suggestions.

You seem to be quite shy of giving proper description of the case or you don't have the real issue to give any opinion.

If you are so keen to buy the property in question, why worried about the outcome of the pending appeal? There are only two aspects of your case, either your luck would prevail or the judgment on appeal.

Such purchase will run risk if the judgement is against the vendors.

What is the opinion and advise of your lawyer who is having full knowledge of the case/dispute/judgments of lower courts? Why do you intend to cross-check him?
