Appeal after convicted

Sir,

My brother met an accident on 28.07.2009 now Driver of bus convicted under IPC -279/337 by fine only and under IPC-338 - Not convicted. So Can we appeal against judgement , if Yes then where means in session court or High Court.

Yes, you can file either appeal or revision. Choice is yours. However in revision the court cannot convert acquittal into conviction though in appeal it can do so but rarely done.
