Business tie-up with company domestic company

We are looking for a business tie-up with a company for various projects and in process of having MOU sign by both the companies.
If any one can help in drafting MOU with general terms & conditions as per Indian conditions.

Not a few minutes job, as drafting of MOU, being a customised document need details of background information and mutually agreed terms of both the parties involving further discussions. You may have to be constantly in touch with the any expert for long till the MOU drafts are formulated.
