Hello sir,

My parents name has been removed from FIR now Court summon under saction 319 to present in court now my question is how my wife will proof that she has give Rs5 lac at the time of marriage as no photo,no recording.

As per my logic can proof through -
Bank transaction,Interest money(Took from other&than give to my father),Witness in court.
Is there any other way to prove?
I donot want to give any chance to her to prove false case

was it given by cash or cheque? any witness present? has it been declared by your in laws in their income tax returns??

First of all My fater did not take and demand any cash (dowary) and my question was all based on my knowledge/Different ways through which my wife can prove -

cash/checque,Bank transaction,Interest money(Took from other&than give to my father),Witness in court

so that i will prepare my self to fight the false case.

Why are you worried about this issue so early?, let she come out with the evidences/witnesses she relies upon, you may challenge the same at that time. Your lawyer will take care of these issues, be calm for the moment.
