Parking allotment

Our society has alloted parking slots some 4 years ago. Now I have a car but society is saying once the slot is available it will be given to you.I have a query where people in the past though had the car and got the parking slot earlier, now do not have a car and the parking space is idle. Is there any law or rule in by laws where i can get those idle parking slot now ?

Yes, parking slot is lying vacant then the society can allot the same to the applicants.
Meet the registrar to lodge complaint in that respect.

thanks for the quick response..these guys who had got parking previously now park their bikes there....now can we take the parking back from them since this has already been alloted as per the rule of first come first serve basis and 1 parking slot per flat ..pls guide

If any parking space is vacant, the same can be taken back provided no bye law / resolution exist against it.

Sir further to my query on parking allotment,just wanted to give you back ground ,our society has been dissolved and an administrator has been appointed as per govt rules.The registrar is not attending office for last three weeks and hence there is nobody as such with whom I can expect the reply my letters.Have given four letters to society as of now.Pls suggest what all options are available ..is there any govt site / registrar email to whom I can further escalate /put up my grievance of not attending to my parking request..would appreciate an early response
