hello sir, mera naam rajesh hai mene 8 month pahle ek aircel ka postpaid conaction liya tha or uske sath mai internet roaming free bt main ek din k liye delhi se bahadugarh (haryana) gya toh waha mene net. use kiya toh mera bill. 800 agya toh mene pucha toh customercare wale kahne lage ki aircel ka tower nahi hai waha par isliye charge laga hai toh mene unka bill nahi bhara.bt aaj mori gate police station se phone aya ki tumhare khilaf girftari ka warrante ayaa hai. mene pucha kis chiz kar toh unhone bola ki kisi company se len den ka case hai toh usne wakil ka no. diya mene wakil se baat ki toh unhone bola ki kal court mai pase hona hai tumhe or pahle 2 time notice bhej chuke hai bt tum aaye nahi jabki mere paas koi notice nahi ayaa or file no. DLA344/CC bataya hai or wakil ne kaha ki tum agar out of court satelment karna chahte ho toh with in one hour 5300 Rs. dene honge aircell outlet mai 2500 bill amount or baki ka court case charge plz plz tell me wht can i do. mujhe kuch samjh nahi aa rha hai or

These are most probably collection/recovery agents impersonating as police.
Record all such calls, and trace the number thru Google.
Handover the matter to your lawyer if you can.'t handle on your own and pull them to DCDRF.

police ka threat sarasar jhuta hai.iske liye police case nehi hota hai. lcal lawyer se mile aur usko pura matter bataye.

bt sir wo kah rha tha ki warant aya hai or wo bula b raha hai tees hajari court mai wakil ne case no. b diya hai DLA 344/CC.or wo wakil bol rha tha ki tum agar 1 hour mai 5300 rupees aircel ki outlet mai submit karke meri baat karwa doge toh main court anaa nahi padega.
mujhe ye pata karna hai ki ye case such hai ya nahi. agar ye sahi hai toh is case mai kya ho sakta hai or isme kya jailb ho sakti hai. Pls tell me m so tns

Good joke, Rs.800 ke liye giraftari ka warrant!
Vastav mein kutch agent log aur bekar baithe vakil log agent se milke aisa bata kar drra daiten hain of company ke bill ke ilava apna faltoo ka commission bhi ghar baithe bana laiten hain.
Aap unse court case number, notice ki dakghar ki registry number aur taareekhein poochchiye. Vakil ka address bhi poochchiye. Verify karne par aapko jhooth ka pata chal jayega. Video journalist hone ke naate, media ke dwara in logon ka bhanda phodne ki koshis kariye?

This is absolutely a fake call and a cunning plan hatched by some agents of the company. Don't fall prey to such calls. Take the help of a local lawyer and deal with the issue accordingly.

NO REPLY TO SMS SENT ON THAT NUMBER TO IDENTIFY, GIVE ADDRESS, AS MENTAL AGONY, NO LIABILITY, NO CONCERN WITH x.
