Partition suit case

(Querist) 07 August 2014 This query is : Resolved 
respected sir,my mother purchase a property by registry during my father life ,her died in 1959, my father also died in 1962 ,she had 3 doughter and 1son (myself),in 2002 my sisters file a partition suit against me saying we have also right in my mother property , plz suggest me what should i do , is she have right in my mother property legally.all of my sisters is married during my father life .

You all[ brother and sisters ] have equal share and rights over the property left by your mother.so settle the matter amicably.
