you have to decide whether you want to practice as lawyer or not . if you want to practice then study law .

better become a CA first . since you are in final year of your CA studies .

for colleges in hyderbabad make local enquires

Sir upto Tribunal we ca can represent, coming onto Court's we can't. Sir i want to know, By Practicing ca Can i represent in court of law in respect of Tax matters?

You cannot practice both the professions at the same time. If you practice as an Advocate, you have to surrender your COP as a Chartered Accountant. Similarly, if you want to practice as a CA, then you have to surrender your enrolment with the Bar Council.

Without being an Advocate, you cannot appear before any Court including the HC and SC.

Therefore, after successfully completing your CA, acquire the LL.B. qualification also.

Yes Purely Academic

LL.B. is three years regular course.
The Examination is at University level.
Suppose a practising Doctor, obtains additional qualification will it harm him.
Similarly, if a CA obtains additional qualification of LL.B. will it harm him. Whether or not you opt to practice as an Advocate is a different matter altogether. Acquiring any additional qualification cannot be said to be a waste. If you find that LL.B. may not be of any help to you, surely you need not acquire it. NOBODY COMPELS YOU.
