To put copy of judgments on record

Greetings experts! I shall be much thankful for the valued opinion of experts of the forum, please.

In a nut-shell; l had filed a case u/s 200 crpc for abuse of process of court and for overreaching the court by accused- which is at pre-summoning evidence stage and summons had gone to witnesses for deposition in October.

At this stage, is there a provision to put on-record 2 analogous judgments right now in support my contentions made in the complaint [ mention of which is already there in the main complaint], but did not attach it alongwith the complaint at the time of complaint. Or should I defer it to argument stage.
