Stamp duty on power of attorney to co-owner of property

Dear Sirs,

is there any exemption for stamp duty on power of attorney, where a co-owner of the flat wants to give power to other co-owner to sell the flat???

the co-owners are distantly related and are there is no direct blood relation.

Can we prepare and register a power of attorney by paying Rs.500/- as stamp duty as is applicable for blood relatives??

the property i.e. the flat is in Maharashtra, Thane District.

Stamp duty or registration fees differs from state to state.
In WB stamp duty is Rs.50 and fees is rs. 275 for POA.
