Blank cheque

hi,, i have kept my certificates in an organisation where i have given 2 blank cheques too.. but tht bank accnt is now closed. now i want to quit that job but iam scared of that 2 balnk cheques does it may effect or it consider any case.... does it acepted in court..

at time of resignation ask organisation to return the 2 blank cheques given by you .

Ask them in writing duly acknowledged to return the cheques and inform not to use these in any circumstances.

In your resignation letter itself you can request the management to return the certificates and duly signed blank cheques you have deposited with them and take an acknowledgment of the same, this will ensure that any action taken subsequently by the employer misusing the cheques can be challenged accordingly.
