RAJASTHAN TENANCY ACT 1955
As per sec 42 of rajasthan . tenancy Act, no agricultural land of sc/ st can be transfer other than sc/ st person,
my question is, whether a company can purchase agricultural land of sc/ st in its name ? if so any citation or judgement?

I think it requires permission from the Assistant Commissioner of the concerned taluka.

In fact Act is silent in such matter. However, the company otherwise is also required to have prior permission to purchase any agricultural land in Rajasthan so seek permission from collector of the District rather Assistant collector of the Tehsil.
