Validity of general power of attorney

RES
CASE :GENERAL POWER ATTORNEY EXECUTED BY OWNER OF RESUMED BUILDING IN 2008. PROPERTY IN QUESTION IS RESUMED BY STATE GOVERNMENT IN 1978 DUE TO BUILDING VIOLATIONS .PROPERTY IN CHANDIGARH (PUNJAB). NOW GPA HOLDER FILED RENT PETITONS UNDER SEC 13 OF EPRRU ACT 1949 ON TENANTS .BUILDING IN QUESTION STILL RESUMED ,NEVER GOT RESTORED.

QUESTION :WHETHER THESE PETITIONS MAINTAINABLE.

Check the current status of the building. Mere demolition order does not hinder the right of a landlord.

Show the document to a local lawyer as the requisite information is missing from this query such as Who is the owner and granter of POA, What is the rate of interest, Whether it satisfy the provisions of Rent Control Act etc.
GPA can be revocked it is during the pleasure of granter.
