It is better you consult a auditor who will be able to do all your work in this connection as required by law.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 18 June 2014
Experts should also keep in mind that there are many tax consultants among the experts and thus experts should refrain the querists to consult auditor. Why should we not promote our lawyer brothers who even devote their much time free of cost for the needy persons.

I do endorse the professional and legal advice of expert Rajender K. Goyal who is a renowned tax consultant in Faridabad.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 18 June 2014
Makkad Sir, the meaning behind advising the querist to approach a tax consultant is that such people can afford to pay and get their advise instead of availing free service from this forum which is intending to support fully to the needy and distressed who may not be capable of spending. Thus, the intention behind such advise was not to hurt either the querist or to discourage promotion of our expert members. There is no harm in an expert giving his advise and opinion to such issues, it is their choice.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 18 June 2014
As a section under head-taxation has been inserted by Admin on this site so it shall not be wise to discard every querist on this section to engage a local lawyer despite of the fact that one of the experts has already properly advised.

My intention is totally bonafide and is not meant to tease any expert.
