Tell your real query do not ask academic manner

Mr. Vishal,

You are Vice President of your company and your company can well afford to engage a consultant on the issue of contracts, SOPs, agreements and their legal implications.

Being a VP you must know that SOPs and agreements are not so small and brief processes/documents and also not similar in nature for all types of contracts to be briefed in just a few words for guidance.

By SOP, if you mean to convey, "standard operating procedure," no doubt that can be common in nature to be used in different units of a particular individual company, but cannot be common for different companies. That can differ from company/organisation to organisation depending upon the nature of business or service of the individual company/ organisation. Moreover, you have not given even a hint about what nature of business, service or manufacturing your company undertakes.

So, just think what you want and how you are justified in asking for charity, which is not possible to be explained even in several sessions of a year.

Dear Mr.Dhingra,

you unnecessary getting excited, i dont need writtens SOP s. I require platform/software to manage SOP/contracts/agreements.
Anyways thank you for your response.

Mr. Vishal,

Where is the question of excitement? Did I ask you to hire my services?

In fact,I wonder to know that a high status executive prefers to put such a vague and incomplete query without providing any background of the problem! Still you prefer to ask, "I ll get help on this or not."

Secondly, the LCI is meant to provided solutions to legal problems, not commercial, procedural or software problems.

Thirdly, I wonder, why you did not prefer to approach some software vendor, if your company's problem related to the platform/software to manage SOP/contracts/agreements.

Anyway, I hope, henceforth you would like to approach relevant platform to solve your commercial, procedural or software problems.

However, you would be welcome to ask your personal legal problems here, but not the company related problems.
