Divorce on other place

Sir,

The dispute is that my wife filed 2 cases under sec. 125 and 498A in farukhabad (up) and I had files a case under sec 179 in Jaunpur. The compromise had been done and 498 A is close and she accepted the money. We want divorce and she is ready but don't want to come jaunpur for it . she filed a transfer case for sec 9 in high court but high court refused to transfer it since compromise had been done. Hon. Judge told to us to meet third place and return streedhan and resolve the matter and make a compromise paper and submit to both the places and close the cases but my question is divorce can be made through this. I think she has to come to jaunpur for it.I want to know what will be the right way to do this.

If she is ready for compromise then do not stick for places.
Visit her place and complete the procedure before she retracts her commitment and the all disputed return back to score zero.

Don't make it an ego problem about place, visit her place and file MCD if compromised / agreed.

it is in your interest that divorce by mutual consent takes place at the earliest . file for it in faurakabad .

As advised by experts, it is in your interest that you rush up to her place and file a MCD if at all you really want a permanent relief from her. Don't miss the bus over some petty reasons.
