My wife is gone missing since 14-Mar-14. She left a note saying she has gone far away and nobody is responsible. Missing complaint was filed in police station next day. I have not heard of her since then.I feel she was having an affair with someone on the quiet and since she left her cell phone behind and there was a person on whatsapp who she was continously chatting with. However this number is now switched off. I dont think there is any point in this marriage. How can I file for divorce? My wife's parentes also know she is missing the very same day and praying for her safe return. We were happily married without have any big fights. The watchman of the building says a man had coming knocking at the door of the flat and left. He has signed his name on the society register. Next she went out of the house alone. Thats all I know. But how to locate her for a divorce and file for adultery.

Did you inform her parents also?
Findout from some of her friends and proceed to locate, collect evidence of adultory and file suit for divorce.

UNLESS YOU SUCCEED IN LOCATING HER AND LIVING IN ADULATORY,YOU CAN NOT FILE DIVORCE.
ONLY AFTER PASSING OF 7 YEARS HER CIVIL DEATH COULD BE PRESUMED BY COURTS.

Since you have already filed a man missing case with the local police, remain silent about this for another 7 years or if you are able to locate her and her find substantial evidence to prove her adulterous life in between, you may initiate appropriate legal action then as per the prevailing circumstances.
