Dear Experts,
I wanted to file a RTI application in Bangalore, Karnataka.
I am not having enough idea to file the RTI so i want to ask my query to you:
I need information in zerox copies but i don't know howmany zerox copies will be there so how can i pay RTI fees for this(as i know it will charge Rs.2/- per page) and when should i pay?
Should i pay it while i am sending the application with Rs.10 through reg. AD Post?
(I am sorry if my question is wrong, if it is please do the correction.)

You have to calculate on presumption and send more than expected pages so nothing remains due from your end.
Always end the same through regd. or speed post.

The solution suggested by Mr.Barman is good and you can follow it at the time of sending the RTI application itself.
On the other hand you can send the RTI application only, if any charges to be paid, they will intimate you to pay it. On payment of that charges, they will dispatch the RTI reply along with the documents.

Send the charges on expectation basis, they would ask if more is required. Send RTI by registered post.

Can you please let me know,
If i use Reg. AD post then what is preferred way of sending the charges in "cash" or via "DD" or any other way.

Mr.Shroff, Somebody has withdrawn the money by fake signature. I am trying to get photocopy of cheques from State Bank of Mysore, The cheques which has been applied to my account for cash withdrawal.
