URGENT :-
I have record (taped) all voice conversation of my wife on her mobile without her permission becoz i have dough to her .
this I have done with the help of mobile software witch is easily available on open source

after listen these audio I found that my wife is cheating to me as well as my family.

I want to know just know that recording of this audio from her mobile without her permission is legal or not
Plz give some referance also

admissible as evidence subject to being tested by forensic examiner because in all probability wife will deny the conversation.
