(Querist) 01 April 2014 This query is : Resolved
Which court should I approach?
In my situation, I want to seek legal intervention and remedy so that the court gives a direction to my wife to correct her behaviour. .She makes unnecessary charges. She is having excessive suspicion ,maybe due to some mental problem , due to which she restricts my movement, always fearing that I have affair with somebody. If living in Anand, gujarat, which court should I file a case? May goto Ahmedabad or Vadodara also.
Also please advise whether the court can help in this matter?

There is no law or court in this country which can give you relief you are seeking for.
Get her treated by psychiatrist.

Is there some problem in Indian Law, that instead of correcting the situation, directing the deviant person, divorce becomes the only option? what if divorce is not desired?
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 06 April 2014
You can ask queries for legal solutions only and not something beyond that. You were properly advised to consult a psychiatrist or a marriage counselor and if you do not want to do that, the next option for you is to apply for divorce and if you do not want to listen to any advice, better stop asking any further query and do whatever you want to.

So, is there really no hope of getting any help from court, if the wife due to her excessively suspicious nature, prevents the entry of in-laws in the house , and stops children from meeting their grandparents ? And there is no hope of getting any specialist help due to her unwillingness.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 09 April 2014
court will help you get divorce if you could prove your allegations.
ashu kumar (Querist) 11 April 2014
What kind of strange ways of justice? If someone needs specialist help, and is instead being forced for seeking Divorce.IS THERE REALLY NO HOPE FROM THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM, OR ARE WE MISSING SOMETHING?
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 11 April 2014
You are already advised..now choice is yours..we are not here to discuss the social issues.
