i just want to know about ....The Right of children to free and complusory education bill...passed b our parliament..........that from when it will come in to operation.....................
and i need the copy of bill?
1- To what an extent govt canbe made liable to provide free educaton?
2-- What is the procedure to get the benefit of this law?
3- can the financial stable people also claim the right of free education for their ward?

---------------plz guide me as soon as possible...........its very urgent.........
