Dear sir/ madam,
as per advertises given by stock market analist for profit sharing basis i joined with him by paing advance of Rs 5000 through online transfor.on my 4 lacks capital 1st week he made profit then his share 19500 i transforred to his account from second week on wards he made loos with in a month capital become zero.he given all the advices through yahoo messnger and phone call. now i standed on the road now our family has to commit suscide only. then donot worry i can arranfe fund of 2 lacks then i will give good calls you will come out the problem with in 2 months . then i said ok but now he is not lifting my phone call also. now i found website address and his office addree.if this problem not solved i have to commit suscide with my family . plz give advice.

It is your foolishness, before taking any decision it is your duty to enquire about the background of the person. I think to become a rich in a night u believed that person.
Try from another fone or take the help of your frnd and let him say that he is interested in investing in share market I want to meet u prsonally etc., then get his address and take the advantage of that.
legally you cannot do anything.
i am wonder u have told about sucide this is character of weak minded person. U can earn if u gained confidencem, forget it as bad dream and work hard. U will get success. Dnt be a foolish, life is precious u can do anything.

Legally nothing can be done. All these aspects were to be thought prior to your action of surrendering before such cheator. Anyhow lodge a FIR against him for committing a fraud with you.

Please don't think of such extreme steps.

It was your desire to earn easy money which dragged you to such fraudster (If we choose to call him so).

You can proceed legally against him only if you placed money at his disposal or he was directly holding and dealing in shares purchased with your money. If he was merely giving you advice and you were acting on the same, please don't waste further money or efforts chasing him. Rather rebuild everything with sincere efforts and hard work. Money never comes easily.
