Sir I am a FMCG Dealer, due to new GST laws we are confused that if we sell goods to our customers are we liable to keep record of their transactions & PAN card and if we can sell googs to un registered GST customers. kindly assist me that: 1. what is the limit of Cash Sales in a day to a single customer, 2.how much cash or chq (or both) can we receive, 3.Is name & address of the customer mandatory in the cash memo/bill and upto what amount.

Sir, Request you to clarify my doubt about Gift Tax. My sister wants to gift me (my family/HUF) her flat. As I know that I have to pay stamp duty and registration charges, but what about Gift tax? It is exempted in blood relation, but is it same if given to my HUF? Thanks
