Arbitration-territorial jurisdiction

I want to know the territorial jurisdiction to challenge the award. the agreement containing arbitration clause was signed at A place, it was executed at B and the arbitration proceedings and the award was concluded at C.
If I want to challenge the award before district court, where it should be challenged?
