Arbitration-territorial jurisdiction

I want to know the territorial jurisdiction to challenge the award. the agreement containing arbitration clause was signed at A place, it was executed at B and the arbitration proceedings and the award was concluded at C.
If I want to challenge the award before district court, where it should be challenged?

Where is the company is situated, on which the arbitration award is passed. That place is having the jurisdiction.
