Hello sirs'
May please let me know that I had completed my MBA(MM) and results are announced Oct'14 and till date I have not received final year marks memo. When inquired they are beating behind the bush and always say something. Actually our seniors who have passed a year before have also not received the degree certificate. May please suggest.

Your MBA course is affiliated to which institution? To any University or independent institution?
It appears there is a typing error "results are announced Oct '14" It should be Oct '13.
Two months is not much delay in delivering the final year marks sheets.
Original degrees are generally awarded during the convocation or after convocation in absentia. Once the consolidated marks sheet and provisional certificates are given, one can wait till the convocation date is announced.
According to me there is no need to be feel so concerned at this stage.

Take up the matter with the concerned University and request them to issue final Mark sheet and provisional certificate.

Dear Sirs'
Thanks for the reply, I would like to put the facts as following,
Course Name : MBA (Materials Management)
Institution: Madhya Pradesh Bhoj Open University (MPBOU) in association with Indian Institute of Materials Management(IIMM)
Year Of enrollment: 2010
Duration: 3 years
Now as we have taken admission thru IIMM in MPBOU and the association both got broken and our's is the last batch.The course got differed by an additional year from the normal duration (3+1).
Exams conducted in March results announced in October and marks memos not received. And all the time we are communicating with both the administrations and nobody is owning us.
Every year it is the same scenario. Now as we have completed the course and if want to update the details in the company they are asking for the certificates and we had been screwed.
May please throw some light on this.

Send a lawyer's notice on behalf of all the students to the Vice Chancellors of both the Institutions.(do not send on your behalf).There should be some results Your Lawyer could also mention in the notice he would file a PIL regarding this.Let him mark the copy of notice to Education Ministers of Central and other authorities also

Dear sirs'
As per the opine all you I had discussed with my batchmates and there was mixed response and finally we had sent a friend (batchmate) to Bhopal directly to MPBOU (MadhyaPrades Bhoj Open University)and to our surprise all the marks sheets of final year available but few of thestaff had opposed to send them to IIMM (Indian Institute of Materials Management) through which we had enrolled for theMBA program.
There is a dispute both the institutes in which later party has filed a case against further party and now they are wishfully troubling us. Please advise on this.
