False 498a v/s suffering with psychiatrists

dear Sir,
my wife filed false cases against me and my parents on 20/06/2013, Domestic Viloance. and also CRPC 125 in family court and ask Rs.10,000 for my 1year old son.my wife is government employee.earning more then 35k month.

she filed false cases because she want separate from my parents and i am only one for my parents. my father is 61 year old my mother is 58 year old.

before filed the cases by my wife i was in hospital due to deprecation because she want separate and at that time she was living with her parents i call her but she came for just 10 mint and go back her parents home. i told her to stay with me in hospital but she make me alone and go back her parents home.

due o false cases i am psychiatrist patient and not able to do any work science last three month. i am educated also but not able to find any other job due to psychiatrist.

and my doctor do not allow me to drive any vehicle.and my doctor told me if i am more suffering with psychiatrist is dangerous for my future and my life

how to fight with crpc 125/ 498a and dv act filed by my wife?

i am going to file U/s 24 for my medical expanse and maintenance.

can i appeal court whenever i am going hospital for checkup my wife will join me?

please advice me any other option.

since your wife is earning Rs 35,000 a month she wont be entitled to maintenance but you are bound to main your son .
after considering your income status court may direct you to pay some maintenance . merely because you are unemployed dosent mean you dont have to maintain your son

fight cases filed by wife on merits . if your wife dosent want to stay with you court cant force her to do so or accompany you for your health check up

You are having a son and your wife does't want to live with your parents. You are patient and need continuous medical aid and not having any job now.

Try to have amicable solution and save your married life. The life after divorce and during pending of cased is not at all red carpet for you your souse and also for your son. Can you confirm if you remarry after 4-5 years on having divorce the problems would not arise.

Save your marriage, it can be saved.
Think of living separate near the parents house.
