Sir please stat wheather the Medical Officer (Health) of Bombay Municipal Corporation is entitled to attest documents along with this please provide list of state level gazetted officers.

No. Officers/executives of the Central or State Corporations/PSUs do not get Gazetted status. Officers working in Central or State Government offices, whose names appear in the Gazzete of India or or a State, can attest documents. MPs or MLA's are also of Gazetted status and can attest any document.

Nowadays as photostat copies came into operation, nobody is insisting for attesting the documents. You can send the photo copies and later they can verify with the originals. What is the purpose of attestation in your case?
