Dear Sirs,
My client Palanivelu S/o Periyasamy (Lorry cleaner/ driver assistant) aged 37 years a resident of Namakkal District, Tamilnadu was travelling in lorry bearing Reg. No.KA-01-D-4939 while he was going on the Raipur road near Sonapuri, he developed chest pain and he died on the way to the District Hospital, Kawardha. Postmortem was done at Kabirdham, District hospital on 5.03.2011 based on the Sec.174 CRPC record of the Kawardha Police station, Kotwali, Chattisgarh State. I have sent an RTI to the SP. Kabirdham District but have not received a proper reply on whether an FIR was filed or not. Here an FIR is required for filing case for compensation under the Workmans compensation act. I have the Postmortem certificate with me. I contacted the police station but they are not giving a proper reply. I shall pay the expenses / professional charges involved for obtaining the FIR either from court or directly. Please help me in this regard.
