MY mcop case finished by settlement in lok adalat on nov 23/2013....Judgement issued to insurance company...company has produced claim amount cheque to court...My question is if i file a petition to retrieve my cheque how many days it will take to collect my cheque...what will be further procedure? pls guide me

depends on how long you take to complete your paper work . around 15 days

why you need to file petition ? thought order has already been passed and money deposited in court .

ya cheque has been produced by royal sundaram insurance company to the court in the name of victim....But to get a cheque from court they ask us to give a petition to get it from court.
