One civil question

Dear Advocates,

I have civil land case in madurai high court.

my opposite is gone for second appeal..

my question is -> if second appeal judegement is not favour to my opposite party... will my opposite party has rights to go for further case in madurai high court itself? or next he should go for suprim court.

Please explain.
