Civil clarifications

Dear Advocates,

I have civil case is pending- regarding land property 61 cent in madurai high court.

My opposite party is having illigally prepared "WILL" and he could not prove that in previous district court and same rejected the WILL by district court judge...after this judgement my opposite party is sold land using illigal WILL ,, will i able to convert this as criminal case? or civil high court judge is having rights to do?

My local lawyer is not giving information properly... that is why i am seriously asking many civil questions. Please dont mind....
