Treatmeing calls and sms

Dear experts as i posted earlier i am facing dv and now my brother in law and father in law are threatening me to kill me and thier recordings are with me i made a compliant thorough mail to commissioner and now its forwarded to my area police station.now the police officials are saying that they will call them and talk to them.in this situation pls let me know what happend in this situation.
1.will the police official take a written statement from them or they cannot.becoz my father in law and brother in law are harrasing me mentally.

Police is not supposed to get any written undertaking from them. if they find merit in your complaint then FIR would be registered.

very good you talk through mails to Commissioner. You voluntarily annoyed police. what prevented you to give applicatin to SHO and if no action was there then write to higher ups.

In any case police has to record their statement and obtain there cell details from cell company.

dear sudhir sir,i am not annoyed police.when the complaint forwarded from commssioner office to my area police chowki then also they are saying that we cant do anything and we are calling them and they are not ready to come.now you can imagine when the complant forwarded from commsioner office to my area police station and the police official of my area still saying that we cant do anything go to the court and make the case from there.

do not you understand that police is deliberately taking no action. You have already provoked them or else opposite side has pleased them.

If police wants to call a person he comes running.

if police find substance in your allegations FIR would be regd . if your complaint to commr office has been forwarded to local police station thay will definitely make some enquires
