Respected Sir,

My query is, can we show personal/household items such as furniture , sofa etc in balance sheet which is being prepared for housing loan purpose of a person engaged in marketing activity like Medical representatives or Salesperson who files I.T.R.- 4.

Kindly Solve my problem....

You can show these items as consolidated item under the head movable property sub head household items or as individual under household items head.

Since the BS is needed for Bank loan, may ask the Banker how the require. They count assets and does not make difference for them if shown individually or separately.
