hello experts,
this question is regarding the grampanchayat officers (Junior office of municipal corporation),actually the question is regarding our neighbors has acquired the road of the government , it means that the have aquired the land of the government ,but
the officer is trying to acquire my land for the road ,the officer is fully courpted person and he is giving me so much difficulty to have an com-pond in my area can we file a case in criminal court and under which section plz guide me

lastly under which section we can file a case on concern officer,in criminal court to remove the flats some portion which is in government road ,which the neighbor has accuired

First approach his higher authorities along with all the documents and bring your right before them. Wait for their response.

If no response is received from higher official, send legal notice, take stay from court and also move fro permanent injunction. contact a local lawyer.

specially i had made to notice to the senior authorities to remove the portion ,they also issued the notices to the concern person but till date no action is been taken place

If you do not get a favorable reply/action, lodge a complaint before the police, they will take care of the section/rule/law etc.
