can court direct to such police lab for writing opinion.
has any court decided any case where both opposite party charge each other on forgery of document

Finger Print and Hand writing Experts are engaged by Police, or sent to Govt Org for checking it. Police do it on their own. No court order reqd.
Accused can demand from Court Permission to engage Experts.

thanks, now a days it is flood of criminal cases registration.hence it shall appreciable to quote a case -where complainant was himself involve in forgery of blank cheque.
