If I want to start up my Real Estate business. I need to be a part of Real Estate Association.

What I want to know how does this Real Estate Association Union help us on legal terms if a customer refuse to pay out brokerage from a deal.

I would also like to know process to get myself enroll with this Association.

if customer fails to pay borkerage you have to file recovery suit as per terms of your contract with the client
