Sir,
A lady has been divorced by her husband as per Muslim personal law as both are Muslim.The lady has not received the divorce deed as postman has written the lady is out of station.The lady filed suit for maintences for herself & minor baby & also lodged a complaint in police for 498A.
The husband has written in divorce deed that the lady is suffering from mental aliments & has pleaded same in maintenaces petition also.
Now recently the husband has approached personal to medical board & asked them call the lady for Medical check for her mental aliments.
Query 1)can this man approach the board & through the board issues notice to the lady for personal appearance for Medical test.Is it legal.2) Can the medical board issues notice to the lady on the request of this person who in court says i have divorced the lady.3)The director health Services has sent the letter to the Chief Medical Officer of the district for get the lady for test.Can the Director Heath issues such letter is it legal.

2. the medical board having rights to issues.
3. no its not possible to issue.

.can this man(My Husband who says i divorced her & while i got information about the divorce only while my husband filed objection for maintenances) approach the board & through the board issues notice to the lady for personal appearance for Medical test.Is it legal.2) Can the medical board issues notice to the lady on the request of this person who in court says i have divorced the lady.3)The director health Services has sent the letter to the Chief Medical Officer of the district for get the lady for test.Can the Director Heath issues such letter is it legal.
