Threatening

After the death of parents my brother had made some forged papers that I have given him my part of property to his name and he also filed civil suit case. I lodged FIR in police against false/fake documents and also filed case for partiton/possession of property. Now he threats me that if I do not withdraw the FIR and case for partition he will suicide and case for abedment to suicide shall be filed by his wife. Please advice if there is some way to save myself and also get part of my property which I hold my share in my parents property legally registered in revenue records in my name also. Besides what steps can be taken for threatening by my brother that he will suicide if I do not withdraw the cases.
