We are tenant of commercial shop more than 40 years

sir,
we are tenant of commercial shop on 1st floor of building more than 40 years in these 40 years our firm acquire goodwill. there is no agreement between landlord and us till from the beginning and now after 40 years he is saying to vacant the place...
i think this is not good think as we are paying rent monthly from 40+ years......
suggest the possible way.......

get stay order from civil court against ur

LL so that ur are not evicted forcibly.

being a tenant in questioned premises since last 40 years does not mean that premises could not be got vacated by lanlord.If landlord requires the rented premises for his personal bonafide need than same can be got vacated on aforesaid ground.
