Stay of warrant on base of lawer certificate with ab petition of high court

Dear Sir(S),

kindly share your expert veiw that, Megisterate has issued warrant before coming of date of first hearing in 498a case and also police is harassing my old age parent residing in native place saying initiate search & seizure.

my bail petition is already filed in high court of patana in back four days. can i file an application before the megisterate to recall the warrant because of filing bail petition before the high court and matter is peding now.

kindly suggest immediatlly.

In my view No way sir; when you got the stay from apex court then only the trail court will give remedy!

Dear Querist
if the warrant is related to search & Seizure then lower court can not do any thing in your favour, it will be better to get arresting stay from HC or interim bail from HC.
