Public holidays in noida (up)

I have an institute in Noida. It is a registered trust engaged in teaching.I always close it on 15th August and 26th January.

I wonder if I can keep it open on 02nd October.

All these three holidays are not general holidays, but national holidays to be observed necessarily by all the establishments. However, the establishments can keep their offices open if the services are of essential nature, but only after due permission from the competent authority and also by payment of double the rates of Over Time Allowance or double the prescribed daily wage, as the case may be.
