NDPC case

Sir, this case is belong to NDPC , sir in this case , there was four accused ( three females and one male) they cought by custom department or custom officer at the airport along with contravne substances, but in this case , i think male was innocent because the officer didnt got the contravne substance from his bag, but he cought just because that flight ticket was in one name.so, is it possible to get the bail for him. Please suggest and my mail ID is bijaym123@yahoo.co.in

The bail in NDPS not NDPC is very hard to come from lower court. You can try your luck from high court.

may be from high court,lower courts simply rejects.Joint ticket is also strong suggestion of planned involvement,ladies would not be suspected and male did not carry,could be an idea sirji.

He failed to plan

Separate tkt would have solved his problem.

Here he is related and a ring leader.
So lower court will certainly reject it.
HC may consider nothing found with him.

Bail is a discretionary power of the court o nothing can be opined rather you are advised to try for the bail.
