Married daughters right in tenented property

Respected Sir,
The tenant is living in a rented premises.He has 2 daughters who are married and are NOT syaying with the Tenant ( father)in fact both the daughters stay out of Bombay.
In such a case when there are No male child and only female child and that too they are married can they force the landlord to transfer the tenancy rights of their fathers Tenented property in their name

tenant is still alive . the issue will arise after his death . has tenant made any such application for transfer of tenancy rights?

No question to change tenancy till tenant is alive in the given facts.

The right of tenancy do not go to the daughter who is residing with her famly in her matrimonial house.

RESPECTED MAKKAD SIR,
THE MARRIED DAUGHTERS ARE NOT RESIDING IN THEIR FATHERS HOUSE .THEY ARE WITH THEIR HUSBANDS IN THEIR IN LAWS HOUSE.SO CAN THEY CLAIM RIGHT IN THEIR FATHERS HOUSE FOR TENANCY RIGHT.
WHAT IS THE STATUS OF RIGHT IF THE MARRIED DAUGHTER IS RESIDING WITH HER PARENTS ( MOTHER ) CAN SHE CLAIM TENANCY RIGHT
PLEASE ADVICE.
