Land measurement certificate from government

hi , thank you dear friends could you please let me know your opinion

Fact's
1) Purchased land in 2006 in pune
2) got Purchase deed and also 7/12 is on my name
3) I was the first customer of the seller
4) only thing was not there was the demarcation of plot or the size mentioned by seller to me .

5) Hence i applied for Goverment measurement
from whom i got the certificate of Measurement and size of the plot

Issue is :- 1) My direction south , north , east , west is now little bit changed

2) others who has purchased the land from same seller don't have any legal document's of size and there direction would also go wrong

Question :- is there any problem for me
where i am having done
1) purchase first
2) government Measurement
3) and also the compund
