Sir I got married in 2009 my wife left me to her parents for delivery after delivery she did not join me so I filed rcr in family Court and divorce after 2 years under same case during councelling my wife got ready to join on condition of seperate house so we live together with my3 3 year daughter for one week in seperate rented house again she left me as her grandmother dies. Now she is not ready to come back and warned me not to contact her mean while I contacted Court councillor he told me that Case is already disposed and order is passed he can't do any thing my lawyer told me to wait for 1 year to apply for divorce my question is 1)what are
Chances of divorce after one year on the basis of decree passed by Court 2) is it necessary to execute the order though it is compromise decree 3)what action I can take against councillor as I came to know that he is good friend of my father in law

no action against counsellor is called for. since your wife has no intention of coming back file for divorce . it can be converted into divorce by mutual consent .

No action against counselor, no crime for being a friend of any one, not easy to prove any charge merely on the friendship.
