Ownership: The state of being an owner; the right to own; exclusive right of possession; legal or just claim or title; proprietorship.

Possession: The state of being controlled by or as if by evil spirits.

Title: The sum total of legally recognized rights to the possession and ownership of property. Ownership of property.
